Talking Method offers a wide variety of times for students to make reservations, but in no case will be responsible for opening new schedules at peak times even when it means that the student can not make their reservations. With such a schedule, it is understood that there is enough flexibility for anyone to adapt their class hours to the available schedules.
The purchase of lessons entails an expiration date, clearly and explicitly shown at the time of purchase, which will be non-extendable. In turn, you can check the expiration date of your lessons in your student panel. The customer is not entitled to demand an increase of the expiration date or a refund of the purchase price under any circumstances.
In case of detecting any error during the purchase process, the user can correct it by contacting Talking Method through the means indicated on the website.
No refunds are accepted for online services.
Talking Method shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical errors, unavailability of the website or force majeure.
The user agrees that communications with Talking Method will be electronic. Any notification will be sent to the email address provided by the user.
Waiver of rights by Talking Method must be express and in writing. Failure to exercise a right does not imply waiver of other rights.
