What levels of English are there?
In our English Certification test, we use the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). This method is used to assess the knowledge of language learners around the world. Therefore, once you complete our test, your result will match one of the 7 globally recognized levels.
A1
Beginner
You are able to understand and use basic English expressions.
A2
Elementary
You can communicate in simple situations and talk about everyday topics with basic phrases.
B1
Intermediate
You have the ability to talk about experiences, desires and opinions, albeit with some limitations.
B2
Upper Intermediate
You can participate in more complex conversations, express ideas clearly and understand more detailed texts.
C1
Advanced
You are able to speak fluently and naturally on a wide variety of topics, including different situations.
